• Minimum 4 years experience as a Surveyor in charge of
construction layout and staking in the areas of highway bridge
structures, earthwork and drainage
• Knowledge and proficiency with GPS survey equipment
• Current Professional Surveyor's license is highly desired

• Bachelors degree in computer systems preferred or equivalent
combinations of training and related experience
• 5 years’ managerial and supervisory experience in public or
private IT management
• Technical competence and currency as measured by appropriate
certifications
